A curated peer advisory cohort for founders and senior leaders who want a trusted room, a practical operating system, and results that compound.

Program Structure

Five monthly cohort sessions (2 hours each) in addition to small "hot seat" sessions culminate in a Strategic Leadership Launch. Each session blends brief frameworks, live case labs, and peer advisory problem‑solving. Members receive templates, tools, and light homework that directly powers their next 30 days.

How many leaders are in each cohort?

Intentionally small (capped at 12) to ensure deep collaboration, customized coaching , and meaningful accountability.

What's the time commitment?

Five monthly, 2‑hour executive sessions + a final Strategic Leadership Launch. Monthly Hot Seat sessions (60–90 min) begins in February.

Is this right for nonprofit and for-profit leaders?

Yes. We curate cross‑sector cohorts so you can borrow what works across contexts without the echo chamber.

Do you offer 1:1 executive coaching?

Yes. Members receive priority access and preferred rates for add‑on coaching and organizational consulting.
